NOAA's Winter Outlook

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) issued their Winter Outlook outlook for December, January, and February. Unfortunately, it is inconclusive for the Bay Area and all of California. We have equal chances of above, below, and average temperatures and amounts of rainfall.

That is definitely inconclusive. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. It's okay, I love surprises!
