Wet weather continues through 10 PM Tuesday.
Waves of showers with isolated thunderstorms bring more rain and small pea-sized hail to the Bay with another .15 - .30 inches of rain is possible. Rain in higher elevations and along the Coast will reach .50 - .75 inches.
Daytime temperatures move little and remain in the middle to upper 40s.
Snow levels hover around 2500 feet until 5pm when the setting sun allows cooler air to drop the level to 1500 feet overnight. The wet heavy snow will accumulate to depths of 4 – 6 inches.
Low tonight dip into the lower to middle 30s in the North Bay, middle 30s in the East Bay with middle to upper 30s around the Bay. San Francisco and Coast will see temperatures in the lower 40s overnight.
With clouds slowly sliding south Tuesday night, temperatures will drop into 20s in our Inland neighborhoods where we could experience a hard freeze Wednesday morning. Elsewhere, lows dip into the middle to upper 30s around the Bay and near 40 in the North.
