Somebody was thinking when he or she made it Bay to Breakers, not the reverse. Saturday's high was 89 degrees in downtown San Francisco. At 8 AM it will be 63° at the starting line, Howard and Beale Streets. By Noon it will be 72° at Noon near the finish line on the Great Highway.
