An all-day rain held our temperatures well below average yesterday afternoon.
San Francisco, Mountain View, and Santa Rosa either tied or set a new record low maximum temperature(also called, record cold high temperature).
San Francisco: 59° (tied) - 59° in 1969
Mountain View: 53° (new) - 54° in 2001
Santa Rosa: 49° (new) - 51 in 1916
