Winter Temperatures Across America

The El Nino induced active weather pattern keeping us wet this winter also kept the rest of our country busy.  The constant wave of storms held temperatures below average in the majority of our lower 48 states. 

Below is the city, it's average high temperature for this winter and how it compares to average.
